Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order if the item has a size issue or if there is a problem with the product.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Shoes must be unworn and in the same condition they were received  
• Shoes must be returned with the original box and packaging  
• The item must not show any signs of wear or use  

Any shoes that appear worn, damaged, or missing the original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method if the return meets our policy requirements.

Final Sale
All sales are final unless the item has a size issue or arrives with a defect.
